Research Coalition
The Research Coalition is dedicated to the development of evidence-based design (EBD) research to improve healthcare environments. The objective of the Research Coalition is to create, promote, fund and disseminate research that contributes to therapeutic, safe, efficient, and effective healthcare settings.
The group is comprised of experienced researchers, design practitioners, and healthcare administrators. They help develop requests for proposals, select appropriate teams to conduct each research study, monitor the progress of research studies and critique the drafts of the final reports.
The Research Coalition assures that high standards for selecting researchers, research methodologies, and results reporting are maintained.
