Project vision/goals
The facility design is utilizing the Green Guidelines for Healthcare as a basis for a sustainable approach to healthcare.
Unique to this project is a pandemic supply/exhaust system to exhaust the top patient floor quickly and control its pressure relationship to be negative to all other hospital floors in the event of an epidemic breakout among its patients, while providing the AIA recommended air change rate of 12 air changes per hour.
