Nurture's Collegiate Healthcare Design Competition 2012
Nurture by Steelcase, Vendome Group — publisher of Healthcare Design magazine and producer of the Healthcare Design Conference, and The Center for Health Design announce a unique opportunity for students to participate in an architectural/interior design showcase created just for them.
This year’s theme, “Supporting Mobile Work in Healthcare” was selected to encourage future healthcare architects and designers to build their knowledge of the evidence-based design process and apply it to create spaces that support healing and well-being for patients, families, and staff.
Students may participate individually or within a team of up to five members. There is no fee to enter. The top three entrants will be announced August 17, 2012 and will have their work showcased in Healthcare Design magazine. Winners will be announced September 21, 2012, with a special awards ceremony taking place at the annual HEALTHCARE DESIGN 2012 conference in Phoenix, Arizona next November. Winners will receive complimentary conference registrations, along with a stipend to defray air and hotel accommodations.
