HEALTHCARE DESIGN presents the Remodel/Renovation Competition, which is open to all architects, interior designers, and facilities that wish to showcase their latest remodel or renovation projects. All submissions are reviewed and evaluated by a jury (appointed by The Center for Health Design). The top five projects will be posted on www.hcdmagazine.com for reader voting and comments.
The Remodel/Renovation competition is open to ALL readers including architects, interior designers, and facilities wishing to highlight their latest projects. Submissions will be accepted under two categories: Emergency Department or *Respite Area.
*This includes indoor spaces such as atriums, chapels, meditation areas, and water features, and outdoor spaces such as courtyards, therapeutic/healing gardens, landscaped grounds, front porches, entry gardens, plazas, roof gardens and roof terraces.
- The project with the most reader votes will be recognized as “Best in Category.” This project, along with four runners-up, receive print and online coverage by HEALTHCARE DESIGN Magazine.
- Results are announced in the November issue. A special “Remodel/Renovation” Competition Supplement appears in the December 2011 print and online editions. An exclusive Directory of Suppliers is also included in this supplement, allowing vendors and service providers to be recognized.
- An awards presentation is scheduled to be held at HEALTHCARE DESIGN Conference in November.
