Rebecca Hathaway, RN, MSN, EDAC
President, Bridgestar Consulting

Ms. Hathaway is the President of Bridgestar Consulting, and brings over 35 years experience in healthcare operational and executive leadership roles.  During the last several decades, her focus has been in master planning, site selection, project planning and management; and design processes related to operational efficiency and innovations in the delivery of healthcare. Rebecca is recognized as a visionary thought leader, creating transformation and innovation through the creation of high performance team(s), and the use of Lean methodology to leverage business opportunities and solve complex issues to achieve exceptional outcomes.
 
As the Senior Vice President for the Healthcare Practice at HMC Architects for five years, she provided client support in clinical, system and operational improvement, program development, and evidence-based design; contributing to the overall growth and diversification of the healthcare practice.  Most recently, as the Senior Operations Executive, Rebecca was responsible for the operational leadership during the design, development and construction of Temecula Valley Hospital; a 140-bed hospital (master planned to expand to 320 beds) developed as an Integrated Project Design (IPD) project using Lean methods.
