Melinda Bohlmann is the Director of Sales - West for Carstens, Inc. She successfully manages relationships with medical facilities in 25 states in the West and Midwest. In her two years at Carstens, Bohlmann has grown Carstens’ sales in her territory with a focus on the importance of effective and efficient workflow. Bohlmann has also been instrumental in developing and refining Carstens’ products, offering valuable input from customers’ viewpoint.
Beyond working with hospitals, clinics and long-term care facilities in the West, Bohlmann manages relationships with architect and design firms throughout the United States. She is skilled at helping architects plan facilities around point-of-care medication, EHR and supply storage.
Bohlmann has over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining Carstens, she was the Director of Marketing Communications at Brewer and oversaw all marketing communication functions for all divisions of Brewer including medical, dental and original equipment manufacturers. She also has held Sales and Marketing positions at a furniture manufacturer and a medical products company.
Bohlmann has a degree in Business Management from the University of Wisconsin- Whitewater.
