The Laguna Honda Hospital Replacement Program is a multi phase project that is constructing a new campus that will include 780 acute, rehab, and skilled nursing beds on the existing 62-acre Laguna Honda Hospital site.

This new campus master plan envisions housing and a complete continuum of long-term healthcare services.

The $580 million project is being completed in phases between 2007 and 2011.  Laguna Honda plans to measure improved patient outcomes, improved staff safety, and improved operating efficiencies due to design and application of technology.

The design team is Anshen + Allen Architects, Gordon Chong Partners, and a team of 43 specialty consulting firms.
