Waukesha Memorial Hospital

The Waukesha Memorial Hospital project includes the development of a new ambulatory building experience on an existing healthcare campus.  First phase of the new building will include Regional Cancer and Neuroscience Centers of Excellence as well as the Center for Breast Care, Radiology and Laboratory services.  The second phase will add Cardiovascular Services, Women’s Health, Integrative Medicine and Rehabilitation services. 

The ambulatory building is a key opportunity to continue our lead market share position by creating an optimal healing experience for the community in which we serve.

The estimated completion date is early 2012.

The current status of the project is completing schematic design in February 2010 followed by Design Development with an anticipated ground-breaking in the late summer of 2010. Potential research ideas have not been defined.
