Sr. Project Manger: Healthcare

Healthcare design positions available at a Connecticut based Interiors firm.

Job Responsibilities:

• Daily management of small hospital projects including design, construction and development.
• Manage activities between the owner, Jones Lang LaSalle, architect, and general contractor.
• Provide detailed project cost reporting, scheduling, and vendor coordination.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years project management experience in healthcare and/or laboratory projects.
• Previous experience working within an architecture, construction or development firm.
• Good understanding of design and building construction process from the ground up.
• Computer proficiency using Excel, Word and MS Project or other scheduling software.
