Company description/mission:
BWBR Architects is an architectural and interior design firm with a diverse practice spanning 85 years.  The employee-owned firm has a staff of more than 140.  Sixty percent of our architectural staff have achieved professional registration, offering BWBR's clients more knowledge and a better work product.  More than a quarter of BWBR's design staff are LEED accredited professionals.

BWBR serves a number of markets, each encompassing several building types.  The majority of our work involves complex, sophisticated projects calling for design innovation and strong project management.  Another common thread is a long-term focus on relationships:  repeat clients comprise approximately 80% of BWBR's annual workload, which approaches $300 million in construction annually.

Medical planning and design accounts for 50% to 60% of BWBR's annual workload, approaching $700 million in health care construction in the last five years alone.  More than half of BWBR's staff is focused primarily on medical design, including several dedicated medical planners and four board-certified members of the American College of Healthcare Architects (ACHA).  BWBR is consistently ranked among the top 50 health care architecture firms in the U.S. by Modern Healthcare magazine.
