Based on qualitative, situational stakeholder research, we create vivid views on how these stakeholders actually act and operate in a particular care setting. This uncovers fresh insights in areas where improvements in workflow can be proposed. We use these insights to create innovative solutions for Philips equipment, software interfaces & services, or total ambient solutions.

Designing user relevant interaction solutions:

Based on a thorough knowledge of clinical processes, and specific user tasks, we work with the User Interface Competence Center (UICC), and the network of application specialists and clinical researchers to optimize the ease-of-use of software and hardware interfaces for Philips equipment, software & services, or total ambient solutions.
