Healthcare design professionals seldom address project financing in proposal responses. But discussing key financial data may convert a pursuit into a project.

The second webinar of our four-part series will boost designers’ confidence to ask key financial questions, seek external resources for client insight, and create design proposals that meet clients’ financial objectives.  We will explore concepts with examples and competitive gaming techniques.

Session one addressed healthcare finance basics, with future sessions focusing on the financial impact of measuring efficiencies, and the importance of continuing diligence through project delivery.

Learning Objectives

  • Understand metrics that CFOs use to confirm goal alignment.
  • Identify public data sets that illustrate individual hospitals’ and health systems’ financial performance.
  • Apply data, metrics, and goals in proposal responses.
  • Clarify tools for use in select project proposals.
