As inpatient behavioral health treatment and care models continue to evolve, so too should the environment in which care is delivered. With a heightened focus on patient dignity, staff safety, and improved technology, now is the time to re-think the future of the behavioral health care team station.

This interactive webinar will share the interdisciplinary perspectives, knowledge, and expertise of both presenters and attendees to evaluate cutting-edge design solutions, help attendees develop solutions of their own, and inspire further research to transform the future of inpatient behavioral health care team stations.

Learning Objectives

  • Understand current drivers for traditional inpatient behavioral health care team station design.
  • Collectively develop design ideas for the future care team station and understand how it can support tomorrow’s behavioral health care model.
  • Explore ways that design can promote patient and staff collaboration and engagement at the care team station.
  • Evaluate the pros and cons of proposed design solutions.
