RESOURCES | Design for Aging

April 2021

The pandemic exposed frightening vulnerabilities among our aging population, providing stark insights into how and where older adults live and receive care, and the impact that the environment has on social connections, safety, health and longevity.

As the U.S. population of individuals 65 and older surges from its current 46 million to a projected 98 million by 2060, it’s more urgent than ever that design professionals up their age-savvy IQ with the latest research, strategies and tools.
