Knowledge Expert to Explore the Link Between
Patient Satisfaction and Facility Design

Thursday, October 23, 2014
11:00 am Pacific / 2:00 pm Eastern

Join Gary L. Vance, FAIA, FACHA, LEED AP, Director of National Healthcare, BSA LifeStructures, for a one hour webinar and learn the process of linking patient satisfaction to healthcare environments.  A sentiment analysis assigns values to the thoughts and feelings of patients and their family members recorded in patient satisfaction surveys. Analyzing this data provides the root causes for negative feedback that in turn, challenges traditional best practices in healthcare planning and design. Join us and learn about design solutions that address patient concerns.
