The impact of windows on the outcomes of medical intensive care unit patients

Windows that bring natural light into healthcare facilities can support circadian function, leading to a positive patient experience, improved sleep quality, and may even reduce recovery time. This 2018 KPS on a study by Chiu and colleagues looks at how windows in an ICU affected patient outcomes, particularly sleep and Length of Stay.
