More Efficiencies, More Mission

Planners, architects, designers, and clinicians don’t often think about the financial implications of their micro-decisions outside of the project’s capital budget. However, lasting efficiencies are created in the early stages of the design process. It is here that we align financial assumptions and variables with something tangible, and project those goals, drivers, and key metrics forward into subsequent phases of a project.

This third session of a four-part series is designed to identify key attributes of the design process that have significant impacts on your project’s financial objectives. Presenters will explore these concepts with real examples and peer discussion. The first and second programs in this series addressed healthcare finance basic rudiments and how to hone your design proposal to meet financial expectations. Subsequent sessions will focus on continuing financial diligence through project delivery.
