Eileen began her nursing career at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in 1977 as a staff nurse in orthopedic surgery. Several years later she joined the Nursing Quality Assurance department and has been involved in process improvement for nursing services since that time, with an emphasis on patient fall prevention and restraint reduction. As a senior coordinator in the Center for Practice Excellence, Eileen coordinates the hospital Fall Prevention and Restraint Reduction Programs.
