Jessica Radecki

Jessica Radecki has over 14 years of healthcare design experience with a focus on research-informed solutions and lean operations driven design. She leads Clark/Kjos’ Lean Process Division, which assists clients in creating optimal operational efficiency through design.  She has conducted post occupancy evaluations, including facilitating this study, in addition to project work. Jessica previously was the chair of AECOM's global healthcare Lean "Process Driven Design" initiative, and has presented at various conferences including the AIA Grassroots Convention 2011 and the Women's Healthcare Leadership Trust on creating operationally efficient health facility design.
