Lynn's expertise in developing partnerships and her ability to lead effective member outreach and education programs are key skills she uses in her position as Director of Industry Relations to add value for both The Center’s members and partners. Working closely with members, Lynn identifies new benefit opportunities and increases the value of the member experience. She also works to optimize and expand The Center’s partner program.
Prior to joining The Center, Lynn was a senior analyst, advocacy with our partner, the American Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE) of the American Hospital Association. In this position, she advocated for members and the industry by monitoring and improving codes and standards, and by offering professional development and credentialing opportunities as well as tools and resources to help members optimize the healthcare physical environment. Lynn also previously served as a health care product manager and product innovation team member at the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), an international codes and standards development/publishing and training organization focused on the safety of people and property.
