Dr Meziere completed her emergency medicine residency at Advocate Christ Medical Center in 2002. Since 2002 she has worked at Elmhurst Memorial Hospital. She participated in the design planning for the new building. She also participated in the planning and actual movement of patients in June 2011. She is currently the associate medical director of Emergency Services and is actively involved in process improvement and throughput initiatives as the volume has grown from 40,000 to a projected 68,000 annual visits in 2017.
