Ric is a principal and the Chief Operating Officer of A&E who specializes in healthcare design, having been the project architect on all of A&E’s major healthcare projects for the past 25 years and an ACHA Certificate holder. He is skilled at taking complex programmatic requirements and organizing them into logical and functional plans. His understanding of the complex dynamics of health care organizations has enabled him to build consensus within diverse user groups. Beyond understanding the complexities of health care design, he is an innovative designer.
