Robert Hofmann, Principal of Hofmann PM Inc., is a specialist in Public, Private and Institutional Capital Redevelopment projects, with a focus primarily in the health care sector. With 24 years of experience and building on a strong background of planning and construction, Robert has successfully directed a number of initiatives including a 290,000 square foot development on behalf of ErinoakKids Centre for Treatment and Development of 3 new Children’s Treatment Facilities in Halton and Peel Regions in Ontario, Canada. The project was managed under the Infrastructure Ontario, P3, Design Build Finance model.
