Robin DeLieto is a graduate of Charter Oaks College where she holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Management with honors and a concentration in psychology. She received the Doris G Cassidy Award for excellence in her studies. Robin also holds a Real Estate Broker’s license, as well as designations in CNE and GRI. She successfully completed her CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) education and was a member for many years.
Robin has an extensive background in the real estate industry both personally and professionally for over 40 years. She retired in 2014 from the USPS Facility Service Office where she served as a Real Estate Specialist/Property Manager and later as a Contracting Officer. Robin handled a variety of activities involving commercial leases, easements, and Lessor maintenance throughout the Northeast and Great Lakes areas, as well as Puerto Rico. In addition, she has continued to own and operate DeLieto Real Estate where she rehabs and rents residential properties in Connecticut.
Robin has been an advocate for her sister who lives in a nursing home for the past 20 years. The events of the COVID lockdowns at the nursing homes brought Robin to her advocacy work to improve the quality of life for her sister and others. Robin was one of the founding members and original officers for the CT Statewide Family Council where she served until January 2024. She has been passionate in seeking opportunities where she could make a difference. Robin became a member of the Moving Forward Coalition in January 2024. Robin continues her fight by supporting significant legislation in both Connecticut and Nationally and is always advocating for her sister.
