Scott Hansche, AIA, is a registered architect with 33 years of experience in Healthcare Planning and Design. Scott has planned, designed and constructed over 6 million square feet of Healthcare Facilities across the country. As a principal with CBRE | Heery he has lead healthcare projects, including the University of Iowa Crisis Stabilization Unit, for the last 25 years.  He has directed over 750,000 square feet of behavioral health design in 5 states.  His work has been published in national healthcare magazines and has been recognized by his peers.
