Dr. Thomas Brazelton is a professor in the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health, Department of Pediatrics – Pediatric Intensive Care, and practices in our Pediatric Critical Care Clinic of the American Family Children’s Hospital, UW Health. Tom also leads our telemedicine program and has been instrumental in the planning design and roll-out/expansion of our telemedicine programs in response to the pandemic and its impact on our health system, providers and patients. Dr. Brazelton earned his medical degree from Tufts University in Boston and completed his residency at Children’s Hospital Oakland in California.
