This second of a four-part series is designed boost confidence in asking key financial questions and looking to external sources to speak intelligently about this client and to hone your design proposal to meet their financial objectives.  We will explore these concepts with real examples and active gaming techniques – because some may be a little competitive. The first program in this series addressed healthcare finance basic rudiments, and subsequent sessions will focus on measuring efficiencies and their financial impacts, and lastly, continuing the diligence through project delivery.
