Natalie Miovski Hagerty is a healthcare executive at one of the top-ranked and fast-growing children’s hospitals in the United States. As a strategic and innovative leader, she navigates change with vision and integrity, leading complex real estate and development plans from strategy to implementation.
Ms. Hagerty is a registered architect and member of the American Institute of Architects. She holds certificates in real estate from the Urban Land Institute, is Six Sigma Green Belt Certified (SSGBC), is an Evidenced-based Design Accredited Professional (EDAC) and a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP).
She is the Assistant Vice President of Facilities Planning, Design and Integration of the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia’s 10-year, +2 million square feet, $3+ billion capital program to create state-of-the-art hospital, outpatient, academic, and research facilities.
Ms. Hagerty serves on the board of Professional Women in Construction, serves on the Diversity, Inclusion and Equity Board Committee and is the board liaison to the Connecting Committee which is dedicated to connecting women in construction with high schools, universities and other non-profit organizations.
She is also one of the founding members of the national Nursing Institute of Healthcare Design. As the co-founder of the Pediatric Environments Network (PEN), she is an international trailblazer for the development of pediatric-specific spaces geared to improve outcomes, efficiencies, and experiences.
Natalie is mission-driven, collaborative and uses design thinking to inspire breakthrough ideas that promotes the patients, family, and staff experience.
She holds a bachelor’s in architecture from State University of New York at Buffalo, master’s graduate studies in Architecture from Mc Gill University in Montreal, Canada and a master of science in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania.
