The Sanford Fargo Medical Center is a 1.26M square foot facility on green space in Fargo, ND. The building will be an integrated structure for a tertiary medical center, pediatric and adult trauma center with four centers of Excellence: Cancer, Childrens, Orthopedic and Heart. Approximately 260 hospital based and ambulatory clinic based physicians will practice in this facility. Completion is slated for fall 2016. Following opening, we will redesign our existing downtown facility to house the Roger Maris Cancer Center, Behavioral Health, Rehabilitation an d Palliative Care. We will continue neighborhood locations for primary care and supporting imaging, therapy, and laboratory services. We are currently in the midst of schematic design. Sanford Fargo represents the largest Medical Center between Minneapolis and Seattle.
