Intermountain Healthcare System developed the LiVe Well program with a team of healthcare professionals who came together to help Utah families and communities make choices that positively impact their health. This program reaches members and employees throughout the system’s 22 hospitals and 185 clinics. The session will discuss how Intermountain defined LiVe Well and developed the operational and construction standards that guide its development. It will also discuss how it implements the program across healthcare facilities and the continual review and update improvements. Two case studies will be shared.
