This webinar will share how The Polyclinic, in the Northgate area of Seattle, consolidated four clinics, increased their market share of services, and better served their patients in a larger, expandable, multi-specialty and primary care facility “all under one roof”.  Working with their vendors, they developed a revolutionary architectural solution that allowed them to transform two-plus floors of an existing 1980’s general office building into a 62,000 sq. ft primary / specialty care clinic with complete diagnostic imaging. 
 
Combining modular, pre-fabricated walls with a groundbreaking, vacuum-assist plumbing system solved a myriad of problems and opened up a world of flexible opportunities in both the design and construction. Key results included a 25%+ reduction in leasing costs, reduced TI costs, reduced facility infrastructure improvement, a compressed construction schedule, tax benefits, and a flexible floor plan to adapt to new care delivery models, acquired practices, and upcoming technology.
