Prefabricated construction methods have emerged into healthcare projects across the U.S. over the past decade. The latest on the healthcare prefab scene are prefabricated bathroom pods.  The use of prefab pods has created opportunities for contractors to automate the construction process with quality, speed, safety, and simplicity. Most prefabrication methods are driven by contractors and are widely accepted practice for today’s construction projects.  Because of their increasing use, owners and designers are finding smart ways to apply planning strategies to integrate bathroom pods into the entire design.
