Jennifer joined ERDMAN in 2011 and serves the organization with market intelligence insights and information resources. Trained as a librarian, she provides business intelligence and market forecasting research, and insights and trends in healthcare.
Currently, Jennifer is leading ERDMAN’s Evidence-Based Design Accreditation Certification (EDAC) training program and provides related research for project teams. She has also provided EBD research consulting for clients.
Additionally, Jennifer supports the ERDMAN Experts thought leadership program with research and writes e-news and social media content related to healthcare strategy and facility trends. Her research interests include emerging outpatient clinic operational and facility design models and evidence-based design (EBD) research related to family-oriented design. She has presented at Healthcare Design, Environments for Aging, National Association of Community Health Centers, and American Academy of Orthopedic Executives’ conferences and has participated in a handful of competitions and workshops with the Institute for Patient-Centered Design.
