Madeline Franklin, JD

Madeline Franklin is the founding Executive Director of STL Village which is affiliated with the national Village to Village Network. Madeline is a native of St. Louis and a graduate of Macalester College, St. Paul, MN and Washington University School of Law, St. Louis.  Madeline developed an interest in aging and older adults while serving as the primary caregiver for my aging parents.
