Steve Lindsey

Steve Lindsey is the Chief Executive Officer of Garden Spot Communities, including:

• Garden Spot Village, a Life Plan Community of 1,000+ residents located in New Holland, PA
• Maple Farm, a skilled nursing community in Akron, PA
• Frederick Living, a life Plan Community in Montgomery County, PA
• Thistledown Co-Living… a new affordable housing model that does not use government funding

Steve has more than twenty five years of administrative experience in both the retirement community and rehabilitation hospital fields, is a licensed nursing home administrator and has an MSW from Temple University as well as a BS degree from Messiah College. He is involved in the Health Guidelines Revisions Committee of the Facility Guidelines Institute, is a SAGE board member, is on the Editorial Advisory Committee for Environments for Aging, as well as numerous other nonprofit boards and has been a frequent speaker at regional, state and national conferences.
