The application process opens. A free one-hour Application Consultation is available and recommended for first-time applicants.
The application fee is $1199 per project. Corporate and Affiliate+ members receive a $75 discount on each Touchstone submission.
August 9, 2024
Application Deadline -- No extensions will be given. Submissions received by this date will be reviewed by jurors through a blinded evaluation process and based upon applicants achievement in successfully meeting the award criteria.
November 22, 2024
Applicants will be informed of jury decisions.
March 9-12, 2025
Touchstone Award Recipients will be recognized and presented with a stunning crystal trophy during The Center's General Session Award Ceremony at the 2025 International Summit & Exhibition on Health Facility Planning, Design & Construction | PDC Summit at Georgia World Congress Center, Atlanta, GA.
In addition, recipients will receive broad industry exposure through press releases, featured coverage in Health Facilities Management Magazine highlighting the Touchstone winners, through multiple e-communications with The Center’s 30,000+ global community and ASHE's 12,000+ community of healthcare providers and facilities professionals, and on The Center’s website. Additional promotional opportunities for teams and individuals are available.

Application Information
Follow these steps to apply:
- Download the Application Information Packet to view the eligibility requirements, application questions and read in detail about the award criteria, scoring, instructions, and more.
- Document your answers to the application questions in a word document. (Questions can be found starting on page 7 of the application information packet).
- Download and complete the Interdisciplinary Team & Roles and Stakeholder Contribution Chart. This must be uploaded in the application.
- Download and complete the Photo Release Form if you will be uploading images to your application. You will be asked at the end of the application to upload a completed release form.
- Complete the purchase of the Touchstone Award Application Fee for access to the online application.
- After paying the fee, you will receive a link to the online application.
